Pick, Pack and Ship
Accuracy and speed are at the core of our pick and pack operation. Pickers use hand-held computers to scan and verify the accuracy of every order. Our packers then re-scan and re-verify each order, using touch screens at each packing station. This results in an accuracy rate of over 99.8%.

Before your order ships, we use Address Validation to make sure your orders don’t end up in the dead letter file.

As for shipping – you decide. Our shipping software ships and manifests for a variety of carriers. You can standardize on one carrier, or allow your customers to choose what’s best for them.

Once an order ships, a custom branded e-mail is sent to your customer with shipping links.

Warehousing
Our 70,000 s.f. fulfillment center is climate-controlled and access controlled for security. Like any fulfillment center, it’s filled with material handling equipment to help us do our job. Unlike other distribution centers, we utilize green technologies such as day lighting and radiant in-floor heat to reduce energy usage. Our cardboard is baled and recycled. Not only are our facilities more energy efficient, they are better places to work.

At 99.8% accuracy, we don’t make a lot of picking mistakes. But on the rare occasions where we make a mistake, we pay for it through our One World Guarantee.
