One World owns approximately 100,000 square feet in Mobridge, South Dakota. Our facilities include our primary Fulfillment Center and our Headquarters, which houses our call center and administrative offices. In addition, we have two secondary fulfillment/storage buildings. A satellite fulfillment facility in Irvine, California is currently dedicated to a single client.
Fulfillment Center
In contrast to many dark and poorly lit fulfillment centers, One World's facility is lit with huge skylights. Our daylighting feature provides both a better work environment and is in keeping with our Green Policy. The fulfillment center is also climate controlled.
Our clients' products range from large items, like electric scooters, to small jewelry items. Due to this range of sizes, our fulfillment center is equipped with a variety of shelving, racking and material handling equipment.
One World's fulfillment center is access controlled 24/7. Caged areas are available for high-value goods, as are IP security cameras.
Everything about our fulfillment center is computerized. Hand-held RF devices and touch screen computers are used at every step of the process. Our fulfillment center systems are integrated with our call center and reporting systems.
Call Center
Our call center would be at home in Santa Monica or SoHo. With the goal of recruiting and retaining excellent employees, our call center features abundant natural light and an engaging, exhilarating work environment. High quality seating and ergonomic call center "pods" provide our CSRs with a comfortable work environment. In addition to our call center, executive offices, kitchen, break room, training, human resources and I.T. are located here. Fiber optics connect our call center to the world through a self-healing SONET ring. The building is backed-up by two large UPSes (battery back-ups) and a 100 kw stand-by generator.
Core Fitness, a local gym, is located in a separate suite of the building. Through Core Fitness, we offer gym memberships to our employees.
