Like many entrepreneurs, the founder of Active Videos fulfilled orders from the comfort of her garage in Austin, TX. Though small, she felt that fulfillment and call center activity was taking her away from the core functions of her business. To get back to her passion, she outsourced both fulfillment and call center to One World in 2001. At that time, her order volume was about 5 orders per day. Since then, she's seen her peak order volume increase to 400 orders per day with nearly 1,500 SKUs.
